Information we use

We use the contact, delivery, order and payment-reference information you provide when buying from us or contacting us. Stripe processes payment-card details; Brun Studio does not receive your full card number. If you permit analytics, we also use page, device and shopping-interaction information from PostHog and Google Analytics.

Why we use it

  • To take payment, make, deliver and support your order because this is necessary to perform our contract with you.
  • To keep transaction and accounting records where required by law.
  • To prevent fraud, secure the service and improve essential operations where this is in our legitimate interests.
  • To send optional marketing or run optional analytics only where you have given consent. You can withdraw that consent at any time.

Who receives information

We share only what is needed with service providers that operate the store, including Stripe for payments, Supabase for order records, Sanity for store content, Resend for email delivery, Vercel for hosting, Sentry for error monitoring, and—after consent—PostHog and Google Analytics. Delivery details may also be shared with the selected carrier. Some providers may process information outside the UK using their applicable contractual and legal safeguards.

How long we keep it

We retain order and accounting records for the period required by tax, contract and consumer law. Support messages, operational logs and analytics are kept only as long as needed for their stated purpose, security and dispute handling, then deleted or anonymised where practical.

Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, you may ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or an objection to use of your information. You may withdraw consent at any time.
