Returns & Exchanges
Every Brun Studio bag is crocheted by hand and made to order with care. Because we do not hold mass-produced stock, we kindly ask you to review the product details, measurements and colour options carefully before placing your order.
Returns
We do not offer discretionary returns or refunds for change of mind outside your statutory consumer rights. For eligible standard items purchased online, UK customers have the legal right to cancel their order within 14 days of receiving it. If you wish to return an eligible item, please contact us at brunstudio.co@gmail.com before sending it back. Returned items must be unused, unworn and in their original condition. Unless the item is faulty or incorrectly supplied, return postage costs are the customer’s responsibility.
Exchanges
Outside your statutory rights, exchanges are not guaranteed. However, in exceptional circumstances, we may offer a one-time exchange at our discretion. For example, we may consider an exchange where: - the bag was purchased as a gift and the colour is unsuitable; - the wrong colour was selected accidentally; - there is another reasonable circumstance where an exchange would be the fairest solution. Where approved, an exchange may be offered for the same bag in another available colour or, where appropriate, another Brun Studio bag of equivalent value. All exchanges must be agreed with us before the item is returned. Items must be completely unused and in their original condition. Return and replacement shipping costs may be the customer’s responsibility.
Bespoke & Personalised Orders
Items made specifically to your individual specifications or personalised for you may not be eligible for change-of-mind cancellation where the legal exemption for bespoke or personalised goods applies. This may include custom measurements, specially sourced colours or materials outside our standard collection, personalised details, or a design created specifically for you. Your statutory rights in relation to faulty or incorrectly supplied goods are not affected.
Handmade Character
Each Brun Studio bag is made individually by hand. Small variations in stitch tension, shape, measurements or other handmade details may naturally occur between pieces. These subtle differences are part of the character of a handmade product and are not considered faults where the item otherwise matches its description and photographs.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your bag arrives damaged, has a manufacturing fault, or you receive an item different from what you ordered, please contact us at brunstudio.co@gmail.com with your order details and photographs of the issue. We will review the situation and arrange an appropriate repair, replacement, exchange or refund in accordance with your statutory rights. Nothing in this policy affects your rights under UK consumer law.
