These terms apply when you buy from Brun Studio. Brun Studio is the seller and can be contacted at brunstudio.co@gmail.com or Brun Studio, Tailors Lane, South View, Denstone, ST14 5HX, United Kingdom.

Products and handmade variation

We aim to present measurements, materials, colours and photographs accurately. Each piece is made by hand, so small variations in shape, colour placement and texture may occur and are not defects. Nothing in these terms limits your rights when goods are faulty, not as described or not fit for purpose.

Orders and payment

You can review and correct your cart and delivery details before paying. The final price, discount and delivery charge are shown at checkout. Selecting the payment action places an order with an obligation to pay. Payment is processed securely by Stripe. We confirm accepted orders by email and may decline or refund an order if stock or pricing information was materially wrong.

Making and delivery

Estimated making, pre-order and delivery times are shown before payment and in your confirmation. We will contact you if a material delay occurs. Risk passes to you when the order is delivered to you or a person you nominate.

Cancellations and returns

For most online orders, you may tell us that you wish to cancel within 14 days after receiving the goods, without giving a reason. You then have a further 14 days to return them. Personalised or genuinely made-to-your-specification goods may be excluded where the law permits; simply being handmade or made after ordering does not by itself remove your rights. Faults and refunds

Your statutory consumer rights are not affected. If an item is faulty, damaged or not as described, contact us with the order details so we can provide the remedy required by law. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the UK, you keep any mandatory protections and may bring a claim in the courts available to you.
